This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all domestic (Turkey) and international orders placed via www.olivante.com.tr or any official Olivante sales channel.

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


1. General Shipping Information


We ship premium olive oil products worldwide in accordance with food-grade international logistics standards.

All orders ship from our facility located at:

We work with certified carriers to ensure safe and temperature-controlled delivery.


2. Processing Time

Domestic Orders (Turkey)


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.


Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


International Orders


Processing time: 2–5 business days
(depending on customs paperwork and destination).


Delays may occur during:


peak seasons


customs inspections


adverse weather conditions


national holidays


force majeure events


Olivante is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs


Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:


destination country


weight & dimensions


selected carrier


service speed (standard or express)


Free Shipping Campaigns


If free shipping is offered during a campaign:


it applies only to eligible regions,


minimum order conditions must be met,


if an order is partially returned and the remaining amount falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.



5. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive:


a shipment confirmation email


your tracking number


a link to track your package in real time


If tracking does not update within 48 hours, contact us.


6. Delivery Attempts


If the courier fails to deliver:


multiple delivery attempts will be made,


the carrier may contact you via phone or SMS,


packages may be held at the local delivery center.


If the package is not claimed within the carrier’s holding period:


it is returned to Olivante,


re-shipment costs will be charged to the customer,


refund may not be issued for temperature-damaged or expired products.



7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)


International shipments may be subject to:


customs duties


import taxes


brokerage fees


clearance charges


These costs:


are the customer’s responsibility,


vary by country,


are not included in product or shipping prices.


If the customer refuses to pay customs duties:

the shipment may be returned, destroyed, or held by customs,


no refund will be issued for goods confiscated or destroyed by customs.



8. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products


If your order arrives:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

photos of packaging


order number


batch number


We will arrange:


a free replacement, or


a full refund (including shipping)


Olivante is not responsible for damage caused by:


improper storage after delivery


exposure to heat or sun


mishandling by the customer



9. Temperature & Storage Conditions


Premium extra virgin olive oil is sensitive to:


heat


sunlight


freezing temperatures


During summer and winter periods:


insulated packaging may be used,


express shipping may be required for certain destinations.


Olivante is not responsible for product degradation caused by:


customer-controlled storage conditions


delayed customs clearance



10. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address


If the customer provides:


incorrect


incomplete


outdated


shipping details:

The customer is responsible for:


re-shipping costs


return shipping costs


additional customs charges (if applicable)


Olivante is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by address errors.


11. Force Majeure


Olivante is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to:


natural disasters


war, political unrest, strikes


government restrictions


customs lockdown


pandemics


transportation shutdowns


In such cases, shipments may be delayed until conditions return to normal.
